Terms & Eligibility

Referral Amount

  • 1-2% of total project value (studio determines 1% or 2% based on client budget)
  • Sourced from the studio's 8% fee
  • If a discount is given to book the client, both studio fee and referral amount adjust proportionally
  • Referral amount is nullified if the project is cancelled

Eligibility

  • Applies only to signed projects with full agreements
  • You must introduce the client before any official discussions begin
  • Only one referrer per project (first recorded referrer wins)
  • Self-referrals or referrals within the same household/business are not eligible
  • Minimum project value of ₹3 Lacs applies
  • Valid only for projects within D' Forte's operating regions

Payment Structure

  • 50% of referral amount released at execution phase
  • Remaining 50% released at handover
  • Payments follow the client's own payment schedule to the studio

Limitations

  • Only applies to new clients who haven't previously engaged with D' Forte Interiors
  • Non-transferable, cannot be combined with other offers
  • D' Forte Interiors reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time
  • All disputes are resolved at the studio's discretion
